They are based in Salem. Offer good & very reasonably priced programmers for Atmel-51, AVR, & Phillips-51.

Check their site, they also offer variety of other tools for ARM, DSP & Renesas micros.

They offer COD(Cheque on Delivery), so you will pay only after you get your material.

hi try sunrom technologies and buy a new programmer ver 1001-3456 serial port version , usb version also aval ver 1001-3456A . i am using past one year . thay will give to you pcb just 150/- and whole programmer 750/- with out external adapter and enclose it will program 89s and 89c series .software name proload ver5-4 . programming software and firmware also avl his web site free of cost . download it and enjoy . if you want more information try this mobile no for sunrom

you can use isp dpngle as a 89s programmer it is very cheap method and only few components
