From the source code file "LCDscope.c".
It says that...

// if you have a 16x2 standard LCD, untag this line :
//#define LCD16x2
// otherwise, you are supposed to have the nice 20x4 LCD

And you use the 16x2 LCD in your Proteus Schematic, so you have to take out the "//" in front of the "//#define LCD16x2" so it should be look like

// if you have a 16x2 standard LCD, untag this line :
#define LCD16x2
// otherwise, you are supposed to have the nice 20x4 LCD

Then, you have to re-compile and test again.
