Hi all !

some idea of how to measure capacitance and inductance in less than   < 2ms?
• 1μH 100μH precision (0.1 uH)
• 0.1 pF 10 pF precision (0.1 pF)
I tried the Analog Device chip like AD7150 AD7152 AD7153 & AD5933  but all are too slow.

any suggestion is welcome?

Perhaps the CTMU in one of the Microchip PIC24F series or similar?

Use a LC tank oscillator (i.e. Colpitts) and count the cycles for 1 or 2 milliseconds.
