Hi Friends,
I was redesign the circuit of the Sine-wave Inverter with PIC16F876A MCU
in Altium Designer Summer 08, and You can make your own PCB.
Circuit and C code, here:

thanks for sharing the .HEX file but you should also share the circuit diagram for which u had written the code
or share the code
only the hex file is of no use

Hi every body
Is there any methode to syncronize inverter output with main?
If so please explain.

Hi arash_tah,
yes, there is a two methods for synchronization of the inverter outputs to the main,
first is an simple analog method with analog regulators like TL494, SG3524
and second method is a true digital with digital PLL synchronization. This can be done with
PIC16 or PIC18 MCUs with buil-in PWM modules.

there are many wayes to build sinewave inverter without microcontroller. some cmos or ttl and eprom, dac

u need to get topology thats it.

Hi,
Without microcontroller you can make a sinewave inverter with operational amplifiers using bubba oscillator. I have attached the circuit.

Hi,
I have downloaded your schematic which shows sine wave inverter with pic 16f72. I have some questions regarding your schematic.
I assume that it is linear type and R-C low pass filter is placed before the transformer to demodulate the carrier frequency of 6.4kHz. Please correct me if I am wrong. If I am correct, please let me know the modalities of low pass R-C filter for demodulation. Hope you will throw some light on the above matter and hope that it will not create any problem regarding the commercial interest of your sine wave inverter.

Hi Rajeshkk,
I am having some quarries from you regarding the Inverter.

What is the Modulating Frequency ?
What is the value of the RC Filter for Demodulating Carrier Frequency? Hope to hear from you.

Hi every body
I have a question
How can I generate synchronized spwm with main power?
By the way I use PIC to generate spwm

Build DDS_ TO 2.5 to 20khz  sine wave 4 bit generator
this need low pas filter additional

modify value  fase = fase + xxxx
1 TO  4095  this afect output frecuency
use scope to see output

Hi
I was trying to develop a sinewave inverter with 16f73. The waveshape with normal domestic load is just perfect. But it was meant to be used with used with a machine which uses a technology like a dimmer . And whenever this machine is turned on , the wave shape is getting disturbed.
I have included the oscilloscope display of the output . Can anyone please give me some advise about how to correct this problem.

hi sudipm
It depends on the type of inverter I have to see your scematic before guiding

Hi;
At my mind it's a mains noise only, caused by the triac-controlled motor at every moment when it's switched on.
Don't worry the system should be work perfectly so ignore it.

However, use a better filtered power supply for the PIC circuit, proper groundings,
... and/or use better shielded scope measuring wires :-) :-).

But  ...this is my mind only ...!!
Have a nice day

Hi Zuisti
I know it is being caused by the triac switching. But i have to find a way to stop this deformation of the wave.

Hi arash_tah
I am using a full bridge inverter followed by a stepup transformer with split bobbin. The input to the inverter is 12VDc. I will draw a block diagram of the inverter and post here. I think the feedback system i am using is not fast enough to correct the wave shape.

hi to all users
in my opinion there may be two issue regarding to wave disturbance
1) dimmer load may be higher then then unit amp rating and other is control method of pure sine wave invertor wich requierd double calculation all of pic16fx7x desgines based on single calculation which only corrects voltage errors on feedback but not the current error calculation and wave calculation points are less mean small no of wave segments per cycle in lookup table
so for solution  if firmware is enhanced and sine lookup table is doubled in segments  then its current segment count for example if present lookup table is devided in 20 portion to farm a complete wave so double this wave segment to 40 this will reduces the hormonic distortion but for best result add current feedback and calculation for ref of my point regarding to control of pure sine plz see freescale online ups ref disgine and also ti online ups desgine and latest ref desgine on dspic based ups desgine

HI shams Iqbal ,
Can you write little more detail about current feedback system. Cz i also made same kind of Inverter where a common problem is wave shape distortion. Normally i am using 18f452 and CCP1 for PWM and 64 Numbers of  Pwm lookup table For Feedback control.

Now i need the idea for Current lookup table, And the method of applying it with main sine lookup table Please help.
