Hi,

I need user manual and / or software tools (for setting parameters) of this device:

I've try to send emails to all the email address on their web, all failed. I understand that now is a long new year holiday in china, but i need it badly.

Maybe the company is going to go out of business, i even tried to call them but no one can speak english there.
