Note	I work with with PTA--the telecom sector regulator of Pakistan and teach as visiting fellow at IQRA and NUST business schools. I have done my MBA in Finance and Masters in Project management from ANU Australia. My undergrad degree was in Software Engineering and as such my expertise include IT and Business Project management, Project Finance, and telecom regulation (especially interconnection, competition and retail and wholesale tariffs).
