Hi
I compare a couple of examples of keil compiler, by building them in both compilers (uC51 and keil),
I find the generated hex files to be smaller in keil compiler
Older versions of keil have a big example for this purpose, the des.c, but I do not make possible to build at uC51.
If some people here, have different results, let us know

Should be the syntax or libraries of Keil, mitsos! Try one of the benchmark examples, I guess they should be ANSI standart!

I haven't tried uc51 & I don't think it is any better than Keil but if you'll compare both I'm looking forward for the results!

You can download directly from "wxx.wickenhaeuser.de" & use license file posted above. Or I can post keygen for you.
It's a good compiler. Certainly keil is the best, but results with uC51 are comparable. Compiler has some quirks to get good optimization. I've used it many times with good stable results.
