how to output this screen in tft lcd

I upload a scope picture using fpga to a tft lcd , we can see that his sine wave are continous line not individual dots , how can this be done using c language

I'm pretty certain the sine wave and the square wave, in fact the entire display is a bunch of individual dots.
The dots are right next to each other is all.  Sampling frequently enough will make the display continuous.
