Hi all,

I want to have High voltage protection ( 285V ~ 300 V AC ) for my design . Can anyone help me .

 just need some protection ckt for the input high voltage.  or some over voltage cut off.

What that input voltage connects to? Transformer? A to D converter? As a power for your digital circuit?

More specific detail than someone may help you.

As other folks have already mentioned, more details would get you more precise information.
Answers could range from the use of circuit breakers / fuses at the input, to optoisolators to separate the low voltage and high voltage sections.

(if this were a tongue in cheek question), wearing rubber soled shoes would help.

Use supressor and fuses for overvoltag and overcurent protection.

Guess you were looking for circuits, similar to stabiliser protections using relays for Hi and low volatge cut off's . If yes, Googling gave me these results
