Hi
i like to repalce the old floppy driver in the machine by USB flash memory
i try some ready production but don't work with my needed machine
(the machine is ZSK MSCD broderie machine)
 driver like this:





i like add to   old driver circuit will emult   disk
  Head motor will select address and Head set send the logical level


how i can make this and pls if anyone know somthing about that shar it

What kind of OS does the ZSK MSCD broderie machine use? I do not know if it will help. But I have a DOS USB memory stick driver somplace. Used it then I was working on windows CE

At a cost of 249.00 EUR or $345.17 US I would buy a standard floppy, but then if you have a usb port on your machine,
try a usb-pen drive or even a true usb floppy, at a  cost of less than £10..

OS  is MS-DOS 3.11

the standart floppy driver don't work with machine only TEAC FD-235HF (100$) work
and floppy disk is hard to find and is expensive

why not use software to arrive this?
could you tell us what kind usage must use hardware emulator?

there is many way can help you . (to resolve your problem?)

I have seen old cnc machines(excellon automation co.) used for pcb drilling have a floppy drive to firmware and nc files. they offer floppy emulator but it is too expensive.
