I have this problem. i was able to read jedic,ID of this flash with the use of there firmware, but was unable to write a single byte. using 8-bit micro btw. Running at 20mHz crystal at 1T. Hardware WP is pull-high, no lock bits. Also using on-chip SPI. Undecided
