Dual LED Matrix (8*8) interface!

I am trying to interface Dual LED Matrix (8* - 24pins  with PIC Microcontroller.

Kindly forward links or tutorials that will be helpful to interface it with PIC.

You probably want to save pins and do "Charlieplexing".
