Hi everybody !
I found this forrum very interseting so I'm here  Cool
My english is quite bad but I would like to ask you this:

I actually have a PIC16F628A which is for an electric motorcycle control system (it works great). My (french) blog is www.motoelectrique.unblog.fr if you want to have more informations.

I have a new PIC18F4450 project for the bike.
Why ?

For many reasons: I bought a 4DL OLED display and want to connect cycle analyst -> PIC control system   -> OLED display
PIC control software is near to be finished . Actually I just use simulation (Isis from Proteus)
But, as I have many free pins and ROM place in the PIC18F4850, it would be interesting to add a new function: reading every battery cell value.
My final battery is 48V (more than 50V in fact) and has 16 serial cells so I'm looking to read (8 cells * 2) using multiplexer.
And now my question:

I need to look voltages with "ground separated" so with an opto component. Have you an idea for a component with 8 inputs who can fit with this ?
Thanks for answer and sorry for faults.

Your question was not very clear, a sketch could be useful.

If you want to use optocoupler then perhaps you need to use "linear optocoupler", but mostly they are one device per-package and not cheap.

From the link you gave, my quick guess that it use BQ series battery management ic from Texas Instrument - it's not optoisolated. Try to find them on TI website.

Thanks for your reply.
In fact I will use component on the link because it will look nice and my OLED display is quite small.

Me too like it, nice one - low price, no reason to build it.
