I've a circuit with an 8Pin IC and the number is erased. The trace shows Pin2 +ve and Pin3/4 -ve. Does anybody knows similar IC?

Here is circuit. It seems that IC is uC supervisory IC. it generates Reset signal.

It is not a specific ic.
You can choose whatever ic supervisor from the long list in Maxim site
