I'm trying to find informations about a surplus LCD graphic display.
It comes from the case of a Foxconn "E-bot" PC, it's a 128x64 dot with a blue backlight.

On PCB there is silkscreened SD-CG12864C, near the round logo "SAN".
On a sticker there is a more extensive ID: CG12864C-FFDN-DBWC  200409D

It's connected to a controller board with a 21 wires cable.

I cannot found anything of this on internet, but these three images of an identical display, sold in Brazil in an auction site.
Unluckily, the data sheet links reported by the seller point to a wrong device (IMHO), and I would like to find more accurate info before destrying this display with some erratic wiring.

Can someone help me to find some informations on this LCD?

Thanks in advance

Are you sure with 21 pins?
I have found some but all with 20 pins.
Example:

Yes, they are exactly 21 pins.
If you look in the photos, there is a 2 x 11 header connector.
Pin 22 has been removed as connector key

You can search for GND and VCC and compare connections with doc in links
Maybe you are fortunate  Embarrassed and the 21th pin is irrelevant (NC or double)

yes, I will do...
There are several controllers that require such many pins, but they are dramatically different.

Luckily it seems that power pins are at same number for all datasheets I found (beside yours), so it would be harder to destroy it...  Grin
