I'm planning to work with rfPIC16f675, therefore i have a question :
wich compiler supports this series?

 Huh  you mean rfPic12f675 Huh they are the same as Pic12f675 ... so any compiler that supports the later will support the RF version.
I think that PocBasic Pro and most of C compilers supports them partially because of their very limited resources ...
