In older Atmel microcontrollers had a chance to read the contents by reducing the voltage of the microcontroller, but the release of avr series I think this bug is resolved.

Friends,

Instead of posting for help here and trying and wasting time,,  one can write code in 50% of this time :-)

Try atleast ;-)

There is a way but it's very very very complicated.

First you have to buy some chemicals (strong acids and methyl alcohol). Then you need precision mechanics tools, a Oscilloscope,a good Logicanalyser and a very good microscope.
After you got everything view this YouTube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnY7UVyaFiQ
Nearly the same way you'll get the data out of the ATtiny2313.

If I get some other method's I'll post it here.

Another method:
Use the Logic analyser from method 1 to monitor and log the pins from
the ATtiny2313. Maybe with that you can reverse engineer the code.

unless you have $$$$$$$$$ , or a university's budget  don't even try . there again if you did you would not need to reverse engineer the code
many chips have protection and code encryption built in , and poking the chip will infact deliberately destroy it , microchip did in the early days have a poor fab plant which allowed a few tricks to be used to open the fuse bank and allow the code to be read , but these day's they are an order of a few magnitude more secure , companys are demanding more security to their IP rights .

many companys now rather than code the chip themselves , have the fab plant build and program the chip before delivery , and is part of the master chip
and in this case cannot be read out .
