Pull !MCLR pin LOW, then back to HIGH.

too little info, need to see your code, if you need software reset, also if you read data sheet for your device, you will see config fuse settings for the like of BOR plus other reset commands.

Use pull-up resistor(tied to VCC) to /MCLR pin for normal operations and when a reset is needed then send '0' using, for example, tact switch tied to GND. RC circuit with tact switch is highly recommend for more quality design.

I tries to build the circuit has followed a picture already can't use ,   

but , if , apply to 16f877 can  work usual ,

there is is other way again ?  at  reset  16f887

now use the way , open , close , a place turns on the power for , reset ,

I see you can do it with 16f877, but need info for 16f887 ?
