Need to Usb based Avr progarmmer

I need to a complete project for usb based avr programmer.Is there anybody that knows how can i get it?
Please show me complete project include Schematic,pcb and software based on winxp.

Here the solucion i use.

You can make this simple serial to AVR ISP Programmer, this programmer is compatible to USB to Serial devices..

This is a simple programmer so you can easy make your own PCB on proteus, if you need help letme know.
i made a PCB on Proteus to give an example or feel free to use this one. look the attach.
