Fuzzy and icrochip

Hi everybody
I want to start a project for university
I'd like to develope a fuzzy control system in my project I want to use fuzzyTECH utility and microchip microcontroller. I want to connect Microchip to fuzzyTECH through serial port for testing the fuzzy controller and using computer az controller after verifing the peformance I want to download the fuzzy controller firmware into the target ang run it stang alone.
My main concern is
1- how to connect target to fuzzyTECH?
2-how to compile fuzzy controller to C for loading into the micro?
Please share if u have any application on technical note
