I'm playing with 4 blue leds and I would like to light like on police cars.
Any of you know time diagram for blinking?

I think snoopy is talking about new style LED police car emergency lights...It consists only 8 blocks of red and blue LEDs. 

Timing is something like,
750ms of red LED blocks are blinks at 10-15 Hz than same duration and frequency for blue...

I'll try the timing on a small circuit and post it in couple of days...

Flash rate is also dependent on speed of police car. you could get the police to chase you and workout flash rate v speed Smiley

Analyze various movies that have scenes of police cars frame-by-frame to work out the timing.

Unless you intend to use your lights in public, I'd suggest just making them look good.

My friend have car model and he would like to have 4 leds that blink like police lights or formula 1 safety car lights.

On youtube is a lot of movie with this lights, here is one with two groups of leds.

Next days I 'll prepare hardware for leds, till then I am still asking if any of you have more info for time sequence.
