Hi!
My advice to You is to avoid DIY-programmers. They will crash the moment You try it out because of cheap and underestimated components. Go for a more reliable programmer...
You'll win in the end.

Now!!! I fine schematic on internet and make(add some circuit) it for AT89ISP Programmer.
Suppport  AT89LPxxx ,AT89LPxxxx ,AT89Sxx and AT89Sxxxx.
