It missing ideutilsupd.exe, I use v4.084 ideutilsupd.exe instead. It work ok. From official site, it show PCDIDE and IDEUTILS from update. So, still missing PCDIDE ?

Update to version 4.088!
Execute:
- pcbupd.exe to update PCB compiler
- pcmupd.exe to update PCM compiler
- pchupd.exe to update PCH compiler
- pcwhupd.exe to update PCWH compiler
- pcdupd.exe to update PCD compiler
----------------------------------
Note: PCWH+PCD => PCWHD
----------------------------------
- pcwupd.exe to update IDE
- setup_icd.exe to update ICD
