Help for morse decoder and or generator in CCS

I am searching for my pupils a morse decoder write in CCS C language and or generator;
can someone help me with code and schematich ?

second link it's  good but i have just see it, and his schematich
is used for many project that a see, using google, but with my request
i want see if there is other that sure work also in other mode, tested
by sonsivri's friend.
