Does anyone knows how to connect it to PIC 16F876A in order to transmit and receiver data?

I assume you have the datasheet for the module, and have been to the Aurel website?

I see they also publish a User Manual for most variants, but the links don't work ATM, or maybe you have to be registered.

You must use manchester too. If you do not know what it is search or ask.
