a google on pn200 equivalent

will bring you lots of info.

its a bipolar PNP, so nothing to do with a mosfet.

spec is TO92 case
Vceo 45V
Vcbo 75V
IC continuous 500mA
hfe 80-100
ft 250mhz.
it  seems to be  a general purpose pnp transistor, so anything will do, as long as its got a 500mA current rating.
obviously the pinout must be the same

a datasheet link is at http://www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/pdf/54291/FAIRCHILD/PN200.html

hope this helps

p.s., at the age of 62, its great to be called a "junior member", 'cos my willy is also 62 !!!!!
