Hi.
I have module GSM without TCP. As it is possible to organize stack TCP for GSM the module. For Atmega32.

A good starting point for me was Microchip Application note (with source code of course ;-) ) here:

As I remember it needs only partial modification to port  to Keil compiler for 8051 CPU, so i expect no problem porting it to the AVR...

well,if you have a GSM module without TCP,you would have to implement TCP/IP and PPP protocols to connect your modem to the internet through GPRS and implementation of TCP/IP stack and PPP protocol on 8-bit microcontroller is a hard nut to crack
i am trying to do it on ATmega162 for voice and GPS data transmission throug GPRS

what you are trying to do it for?i mean for which application you need to do this?
