need help about iec 62056-21 optical port

Do you have any schematic diagram for optical communication following ICE 62056-21 for electronic meter?

the IR tranciver part of meter is very simple, it usually use 38k carry. data speed 1200bps.
it according rs485 standard.
if you know the IR remote, you can draw it by yourself.

here is a example, use AVR chip ATMEGA8's UART. or you can other mcu, but note the pull resistor in some mcu.
since IR transmite need modulate at 38kHz, so need a carrier, this on pin of IC1 provid. it didn't use ppm modulate for low speed 1200bps.
the chip IC2 is a IR demodulate，center frequency is 38kHz.

if you want to use pc com port directly, you need a circuit to generate a 38kHz carrier, and TTL-RS232 convertor.
I don't know which kind is you need.
