Hereunder another great book on 8051:
8051 Microcontroller and Embedded Systems, The (2nd Edition)
by Muhammad Ali Mazidi (Author), Janice Mazidi (Author), Rolin McKinlay (Author)
This book includes also C programs for 8051.

First save all chapters from site on your pc
Then coopy & paste on  MS Word
Edit it
Print ur Document it on Pdf printer
Thats All

You may make djvu file-very reduce size in contrast with pdf.
