dear friends,

i m searching any 8051 compitible IC tht has following specifications

1> probable manufacturers --> Atmel , philips.
2> ISP Capability ---> must
3> has 5 i/o ports ( means around 40 i/o lines)
5> 12 machine cycle operation as conventional 8051 is having. --> must.
6> on chip EEPROM. FLASH MEMORY.
7> for ISP, windows based software available

all other extra.. -- no problem .

Can some one provide me the information about just the IC number having above configuration please....

Atmel and NXP (philips) has good parametric search pages fpr the purpose of searching the right controller. So i would suggest you try this to find a controller with your needs. Smiley
