Hi Sadman
A couple of questions about your hardware
How often do you need to recalibrate the probe?
Can it be left immersed ?
it require one time calibration

I found a very detailed project of a "PH meter" in Elektor 1985-04 -India (see Carmorse and Nidhisahu posts )
In the article is also described the probe and related calibration procedure.
I hope I can be useful.
Ciao

If you are going to measure pH in a marine fish tank it might be a good idea to isolate the metering circuit (ie galvanic isolation). Otherwise you could get problems with ground loops due to all other equipment in your tank.
