Hi,
         
           I need JTAG clone for ATMEA32 i have searched the web but free JTAG are available for ATMEGA16 But i want to build on Atmega32 with rs232 interface not usb .Any one can help me in this regard.

I think it will also work on 32.

How As their is difference b/w ATMGA32 and ATMEGA16 bootloder address and interrupt vector adress

You can used the cheap ISP dio(ISP and JTAG)..
