I have two TFT Color LCD Modules from NEC.

  • NL3224AC35-01 14 cm (5.5 Type), 320 x 240 Pixels, Full color LCD module
  • NL6448BC33-54 26.4 cm (10.4 Type), 640 x 480 Pixels (VGA), 262K color LCD module

I want to connect these to my PC so I need help as how to make the connections, what kind of interface should I make or should I connect these directly to the VGA output of my display card and how.

Any suggestion will highly be appreciated.

Regards to all...

You did google this topic, I found the data sheet on first google page. these screens need 6 data lines for each colour thats 18 plus the control data lines.   http://www.eu.necel.com/products/display/color_tft_display_lineup/050_10_4_modules/NL6448BC33-54.html
also don't you think that your Quoted post is classed as usless.?

hello i have gogle this "NL3224AC35-01" and get a nice pdf that give you all connections.

You have HS,VS, RGB signal as standard video interface.. maybe you can do it easely.

Thanks for your advise, Google was the first tool I used and have already downloaded the data sheets for both the displays that gives complete pin connections as well as timing diagram. I tried to connect using that data sheet but failed thats why I put my request here.

May be there is some kind of interface that can be used between standard VGA and the display. The second display has digital inputs, I know you can connect regular VGA to a digital output just using an adapter but how to connect in reverse?

Thanks!
