No. DSpic not supported. Try MikroBasic.

Does anybody know if Mikrobasic Pro for PIC has an equivalent command for the Proton’s commands rcin and pot?

I don't think it has the pot or RC commands.

Maybe you could do it with in-line assembly and a little translation.
