 as an technical school graduate member I still don't know how some devices works (such as LCD or Plasma TVs, imei numbers of mobile phones etc.) everybody can explain some known ideas about some definite articals, can't they?

you have good points at your opininon but there are needed people who has exact knowledges. Otherwise it will confuse.

as an technical school graduate member you should know "how to" google "how stuff works" you would get all the answers you seek and faster than waiting for an answer here
