For stepper motor, use stepper motor control ic like L297 + L298 to reduce mcu times and control code.
DC Motor use h-bridge driver circuit or ic (L298 or eqiuvalent).
LCD and key just connect directly to mcu.
Apply code using interrupt timer to devide time for control these.

It's possible. The lcd controlled by 4bit data and 2bit control (R/S , E ) .The matrix key used 8 bit port. 2 bit to control dc motor by hy-bridge type for 2 direction and stepping motor used 4bit / motor then must to used 8bit.All of bit is 24 bit = 3 port( port 0 ,1,2).
ex.Port0 is key matrix .Port2 for 2 stepping motor and Port1 is share lcd 4+2bit with 2bit dc motor.
May be split 2 bit dc motor to use Port3 bit p3.6 and p3.7.
