Installed CCS-C 2.023, then installed the IDEUTILS (and the key), but having a problem:
When I load CCS it pops up,
"IDE Installation incomplete. The IDEUTILS must be downloaded and installed from the CCS Website"
After clicking OK it loads the GUI, some of the tools dont work, but the compiler is fine.

Tried re-installing IDEUTILS but to no avail.

Any suggestions ?

Try to download IDEUTILS again or completely uninstall everything regarding CCS, even delete the CCS directory then make a clean install and try again.
