Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a reliable prototype manufacturer in Europe which is able to produce PCBs with 50 microns track and space as well as microvias...
Any hints would be appreciated!!!

PRINTED - something from the middle of the Europe. Top quality (e.g. they supply CERN institute in Switzeland) and moderate prices. See: http://www.printed.cz/index.php?language=eng

I've been using them for commercial projects for last 4 years. No problems so far...

Yes, I've used Wurth for PCB, fine pitch 8 layer no probs. Very Good quality, but not quick on delivery. Probably not the cheapest, but as with many of these things, there is room for some negotiation. If you are going fine pitch/microvia, then the extra cost of the PCB from a quality manufacturer will be swamped by the cost of BGA rework if required because of PCB problems.
