Hello,

Is there a equivalente board ( DYI or kit/market ) has a arduino ( same speed/memory and I/O ) base on a PIC ?

Arduino is a name of Atmel ATmega controller development board with a FTDI USB to serial chip....

there is nothing are same....
you can use a usb to serial port and any pic with a bootloader to make a "equivalent" board...
that is a board is really simillar to your description.....olimix PIC-MT-USB......really similar
you can exchange the PIC16F877 with other 28-pin device (PIC16F876A,PIC18F258....)
