hi friends,

There are a lot of plastic boxes sold around the world, but it's not easy to build the own electronic projects using them.
Size and shape are the problem,priority in making the PCB. Placing screw and bolt are the problems too.
Do you have any information to share about step by step making professional front panel and box ?

You can use plastic wood,its Flexible and easy to cutting and joining.If you are interested about it i can help you.

Hi free

I use 3mm plastic wood for this purpose, cut it with NT Cutter Blade, smooth it with file or sand paper, Joint with super glue.Next time I will post picture picture of it.
