trigger for an Xray Tube ... help please

Hi friends...
 
 
I have a little project.
 
Is the  control part for a Xray Tube trigger for an radiograph  machine...
 
 
Via 2 buttons you set up the time for the trigger...
 
8 ms, 12 ms ..... until 3000ms...
 
with the rb0 button i make the SHOT.   an beep sounds during the shooting....
 
 
well..
 
i put 2 boards.... on with the power source and the "trigger stage" with a pic 16f84a.
 
The second board is 4 the seven segment displays.
 
 
i present the time on 4 displays... all works good  but...
 
1st:  i use one wire to transmit the info to the displays and the 2nd 84a presents the multiplexing data...
 
... but when i disconect the 220vac quickly,  the system fails...  only one number is displayed.
 
i dont know how to avoid this bug between both pics,,,
 
 
can anyone help me...
 
i'm really desperated... i spent 4 days debuggin and tryin strategies but nothing...
