I need convrt usb to RS232 using PL2303.Have any body tested it ?Please share it to us.

PL2303 is piece of crap. I recommend not to use it. I have one in old USB<>Siemens x35 cable. I'm using it with my AVR programmer, but sometimes it make BSOD. Prolific don't have Vista driver available to download, they only send it to their big customers. I managed to get vista driver, but it always ended with BSOD on friends ThinkPad laptop. So if you can, use FTDI or something else.

Better look at FTDI  site,
they have the stuff you're looking for.

I use this chip (pl2303). Everything works well, OS WINXP SP2.

Depending on the project the PL2303 is simply overkill.
Yes the PL2303 is the cheapest of the category.

Theres better ones, such as the FTDI FT232R and the SI CP2102/3
(Yes the PL2303HXD is self contained but not field tested as much as the above two)
