What's diference about at89s2051 and at89c2051.

I can programmed at89c2051 and I can't in at89s2051.

try any of the isp programmers to program it.

new features in s2051:
- can be programmed via ISP
- bigger RAM (256 byte)
- X2 clock option
- internal power on reset
- four level interrupt
- enhanced UART (frame error detection, automatic address recognition)
- brown-out reset
- user signature page
- power off flag
