i thing you want USB hst controller in microcontroller  so you can plug USP drive to it and do data read and write.If it i s then you need embedded host controller chip.I think easy option is microchip USB OTG device check microchip site.

I'm sorry 0815Achim, (for me too), english is not my native language...
Best words for "USB Key" are probably "USB Flash Drive"

my project is initialy build around ATMega128 and I hope to keep this MCU if it's possible   Undecided
I will search now to find one OTG interface from SPI or from I2C
but do you think that all USB OTG can drive this type of device ??

Hi mee !

Use Vinculum VNC1L chip from FTDI.
It has RS232 interface and you can controll with commands. that's all.
