First question

It all depends on what na d how components of the same type you want to change, the best way would be to create our project draw you shchemtic make pcb and then transfer over to pcb, then create a pcb libary file this then will open new window will all the compnents on your pcb, make your changes then upadte pcb foot prints this will then cahnge the foot print you have altered, the second way is to double click on the compent and un-tick the lock compont box this will then enable you to manual move the pad to where you want it and to cjeck that it's all in line press the CTRL key + m at the same time this opens the measure tool,

You should have created a project and lied out your pcb file, then go to Project then project options this will open a new window go along where it say default prints and click on it look for pcb print and click on it then at the bottom you will see configure and page set up, first of all click on configure (this will print only bittom layer) double click on top layer (new window opens up) click hide on the 3 butons at the bottom then close that box of and do the same for all others except the bottom layer once that is done make sure the tick is in the hole button accros the top then clsoe that window, then click on page setup new window opens across to the right you will see scale mode box default will say to fit to page just click on it and in the drop window click on scaled print then make sure you set it to 1 and thats it, it will print 1:1 copies just do the same for all other layers idf you need tehn printing I.E top layer top overlay by hiding them and show full on the layer you want printing

i think there is any way... because on DXP 2004 many link system to run any others executable that we dont know what run it into a system. If you try to look after executable on DXP 2004 where you installed, there's many executable. my suggest are change all of them into 98 compatibilty. hope you can run it.

I already do it, but it doesn't make any changes. i ever try install altium DXP(2002) in vista and it can run like usual. Smiley but the feature is too low  Embarrassed. for me i rather choose to use windows xp and install dxp2004 than to use vista and install altium dxp(2002)

First, resize components is no magic , you need to make new library.
Second, To print follow this

1) Press File > Assembly Outputs > Assembly Drawing.
2) Right click on pdf and resize to 1:1 and press print.

3) Press File> Fabrication Outputs > Final   (This will generate all the PCB files)
