Hello guys, you know MPLAB X will not support Pickit3 anymore after v6.20.
But Pickit4 or Pickit5 is so expensive. (>100$)

I have dsPIC33CK series development board and it has PKoB4 programmer on it. It is usefull for lots of MCUs from microchip.

My question is, if we copy the schematics from there, can we use it like programmer?
Hex code is already shared in Program Files/Microchip folder.

What is your opinion about that?

You can easily build a cheap and fast programmer for many PIC families -> see here:
