I am looking for any electronic module with a Programmable Peripheral Interconnect (PPI), BLE, WIFI, and internal antenna.

and to be as cheap as possible.

Anyone can suggest anything?

From my knowledge, the ESP family doesn't provide Programmable Peripheral Interconnect (PPI). Correct me if I am wrong.

you are correct PPI looks to be Nordic Semi proprietary (patent US9087051B2).

I know that nordic has nRF7002 with is a WiFi companion. If you search for nRF7002 you'll find this: https://www.fanstel.com/wt02e40e
The module is based on nRF5340 has controller that has BLE and DPPI.
