Problem Wizard LCD Display with CCS 4.057

I have a problem for the use of the Display LCD Display with CCS version 4.057. I do not succeed to shape it through the Wizard. Someone can help me? thanks.

you have to #include lcd.c and then you can use printf(lcd,"String %s",str);...

I personally use:
lcd_putc("LCD");

and of course as ficho said #include <lcd.c>

It is not my topic the CCS, but I remember to have had some problem with the very short retards to write the display, I believe to have solved them going up some time of the routine LCD.h or lcd.c
