To mount Recorder of PIC USB??????

Somebody knows where I can find the circuit for assembly of a PIC recorder that functions in door USB.

  As new member you have many request, anyway I relay wont to help but  in beginnings try to make lucid request,
  PIC recorder  to record what sensor measurement or voice " function in door USB" I like to know what is door USB

The question not to have done nothing before is that I am Brazilian and I do not know English the point to write texts, then I I found in net some sites that make this, and therefore I am postando my dulvidas Grateful OK.
