hi,
    i Need the Project
"USB Flash Drive mp3 file copy to SD Card(or NANAD Flash Memory) by Microcontoller and play mp3 in SD CARD"

any one  Advice how can i go for that?

Any reference  Design Avilable?

Changing the title to:
[REQ] USB Flash Drive mp3 file copy to SD Card by Microcontoller and play mp3 in SD
will help people to know this is a request not a completed project.

FTDI/Vinculum's USB  VDRIVE may be of benefit to your project:

I used these for a job and it made interfacing a PIC to a thumb drive ultra-simple.
